SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Specialist (German speaking)

Zusammenfassung

Helvetica Partners seeks an ICT Application Engineer to own and evolve a broad SAP SuccessFactors and HCM landscape in Bern, Switzerland. You will manage configurations, ensure robust integrations with SAP FI/CO, CPI, and related systems, and translate HR requirements into effective IT solutions.

You will work with HR stakeholders and IT across international entities, coordinate external partners, and oversee UAT and releases for continual landscape improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Solid, proven professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customizing.
• Strong experience with Employee Central; familiarity with Payroll, Learning, Time Tracking or Performance & Goals is a plus.
• Experience translating HR business needs into IT solutions and working with HR stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is advantageous.
• Experience managing external implementation partners or service providers.
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech/Pharma) or knowledge of GxP/CSV is a plus.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style.

Aufgaben

• Manage, configure and further develop SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning and EC Payroll.
• Ensure reliable integration between SuccessFactors and surrounding systems (SAP FI/CO, SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI), Swiss+ and Jaycloud).
• Analyse, structure and prioritise HR requirements and implement smaller changes and enhancements.
• Interface between HR business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into IT solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and international entities to clarify and follow up on requirements.
• Coordinate and manage external suppliers and implementation partners.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with HR key users.
• Take IT-side responsibility for SuccessFactors releases, module enhancements and migrations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's HCM landscape.

For our client, we are looking for an ICT Application Engineer – SAP SuccessFactors / HCM to take ownership of a broad HCM application landscape and actively contribute to its continuous development.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage, configure and further develop SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning and EC Payroll
• Ensure reliable integration between SuccessFactors and surrounding systems, including SAP FI/CO, SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI), Swiss+ and Jaycloud
• Analyse, structure and prioritise requirements coming from HR departments and independently implement smaller changes and enhancements
• Act as a key interface between HR business stakeholders and IT, translating business requirements into practical IT solutions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and international entities to clarify, coordinate and follow up on requirements
• Coordinate and manage external suppliers and implementation partners
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with HR key users
• Take IT-side responsibility for SuccessFactors releases, module enhancements and migrations

Your profile:

• Solid, proven professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customizing
• Strong experience with Employee Central; experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Payroll, Learning, Time Tracking or Performance & Goals is a strong advantage
• Experience working closely with HR business departments and translating business needs into IT solutions
• Good understanding of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is an advantage
• Experience managing external implementation partners or service providers
• Experience in a regulated environment such as MedTech or Pharma, or knowledge of GxP / CSV, is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview of complex system dependencies
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, HR with a strong IT focus, or an equivalent qualification
