Tasks

Your Commitment will include

• Delivering functional consulting services focused on SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), and SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
• Performing full-cycle SAP configuration tasks related to schemas, cycles, valuations, and declarations.
• Supporting and executing project-based and operational enhancements within SAP environments.
• Leading or contributing to Learning Management System (LMS) project implementations and providing ongoing support.
• Managing post-payroll configuration, including DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative), accounting interface, and statutory declarations.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables align with both technical and business needs.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• Strong SAP HCM functional expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (PT).
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and support.
• In-depth understanding of French payroll processes, including DSN and post-payroll handling (language not mandatory, knowledge preferred).
• Proficiency in both project and support environments, with hands-on configuration capabilities.
• Excellent communication in English (mandatory), with French considered an advantage.
• Independent and solution-driven mindset with a high level of accountability.
