§ Ensure the SAP CTC process/URs steps are covered in FSs and deliver it accordingly.

§ Work closely with development team to delivery technical/functional solution fit to business use requirements.

§ Review/update FS, OQ scripts in Proton and support PQ writing to business colleagues.

§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business

§ Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
