Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of SAP roles and authorizations in SAP Central Finance.
• Ensure compliance with SoD principles and mitigate access risks.
• Implement SAP GRC Access Control solutions like ARA, EAM, and BRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align role design with compliance needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce access policies per SOX, GDPR, and other regulations.
• Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes with SAP GRC tools.
• Maintain security documentation and provide training on SAP access controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IS, Business Admin, or related field; SAP certifications advantageous.
• 8+ years in SAP security, user access management, and role design, especially in SAP Central Finance.
• Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and SoD remediation.
• Deep understanding of SAP authorization, RBAC, and security best practices.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA role design, SAP Fiori security, and SAP Identity Management.
