Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization. The Role

At BTS, we act as trusted advisors supporting our customers with cloud transformation projects from both a business and IT perspective. We help private and public sector clients solve digitization challenges. You will work with experts in a multidisciplinary environment, increasing customer value by:

• Developing and implementing business capabilities and IT strategies for digital transformation
• Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and business cases
• Developing SAP cloud platform and application architecture, followed by transformation roadmaps
• Supporting large transformation processes as a manager and advisor

We are looking for an experienced SAP generalist to join our Swiss team, focusing on the local market, as part of a regional team covering Switzerland, Central, and Eastern Europe.

Role Responsibilities

We seek advisory-minded colleagues with industry, process, SAP product, and architecture experience from multinational environments. You will guide decision-makers on developing and implementing business processes and IT strategies for digital transformation. Fluency in both German and English is required. You should have:

• Enterprise architecture experience and at least 5 years in SAP advisory
• Experience in managing projects with high customer focus
• Ability to think conceptually and focus on quality and deliverables
• Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership skills in motivating teams and leading discussions
