Jobtailor in Bern, Switzerland is seeking an experienced SAP authorizations specialist to lead the design, development, and governance of SAP access controls and role management across the organization.

You will design and maintain the SAP authorization concept, implement role models, and ensure SoD compliance while supporting audits and collaborating with IT Security, HR, and Internal Audit.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in SAP authorizations.
• Very good knowledge of PFCG, SU01, and SAP authorization objects.
• Proven experience designing and developing SAP role models.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA authorizations and differences with ECC is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM) is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Understanding of SoD risks, compliance requirements, and audit-compliant documentation.
• Structured and meticulous working style.
• Strong communication skills when working with developers, executive management, and Internal Audit.
• Fluent German, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end responsibility for SAP authorizations, from conceptual design and role development through ongoing operations.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the company-wide SAP authorization concept.
• Define role models, naming conventions, and authorization standards.
• Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance requirements, including audit support.
• Build and maintain single and composite roles in SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage users and roles using PFCG, SU01, and SU10.
• Analyze and resolve authorization issues using ST01 traces and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to or lead authorization projects, redesigns, rollouts, and S/4HANA migrations.
• Implement or further develop SAP GRC Access Control.
• Manage external partners involved in authorization projects.
• Collaborate with business departments, HR, Internal Audit, and IT Security.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits concerning SAP access rights.
• Train and raise awareness among key users and process owners.
