Une entreprise de sciences de la vie recherche un technicien QC pour des opérations d'échantillonnage et de logistique au sein d'un laboratoire. Ce rôle exige une attention précise aux détails, une expérience antérieure dans un environnement de laboratoire, and un bon niveau d'allemand. Vous serez responsable de l'échantillonnage, de la gestion des échantillons, et de la conformité avec les procédures GMP. La durée prévue est de 6 mois, avec possibilité d'embauche permanente.

Qualifikationen

• Expérience d'au moins deux ans dans un environnement technique / de laboratoire.
• Une expérience GMP est un atout.
• Bonne connaissance de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Aufgaben

• Échantillonnage des plantes et des utilitaires.
• Logistique d'échantillons (réception, stockage, distribution).
• Assurer la documentation et le respect des exigences cGMP.

Jobbeschreibung

In this position, you will be responsible to provide services and support activities within the QC department and to any external partner / customer related to all sampling activities whilst maintaining sample submissions and organization of the facility.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Sampling of plant and clean utilities (different water types, compressed gases, clean steam)
• Sampling of cleaning validation samples
• Sampling of raw materials, support of raw material sampling sessions at external warehouse (3PL)
• Sample logistics (receipt, storage, SM LIMS registration, aliquoting, distribution and disposition of samples)
• Supporting external shipment of QC samples (3rd party laboratories, suppliers or customers)
• Responsible for the accurate recording of sampling protocols and storage of samples
• Document all activities to meet cGMP / cGDP requirements
• Suggest and implement procedures to improve sampling
• Daily laboratory maintenance (support, washers, waste disposal)
• Supporting the organization of the daily operations of all QC laboratories such as materials management, equipment maintenance, FMS monitoring and others as required

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship or traineeship in the pharmaceutical or food sector
• Minimum of two years industry experience in a technical / laboratory environment
• GMP experience is an advantage
• Very precise and reliable way of working, used to work in compliance with internal work instructions and accurate documentation
• Customer focus and team spirit
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of German (oral and written) and basic English understanding required
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software

• Planned duration : 6 months external temporary employment with option for permanent hire
