Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Lead in our Geneva, CH location.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design and present complex, multi-Cloud Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities
2. Lead consultative engagements with clients on the technical challenges related to their digital transformation initiatives
3. Lead development teams and advise on technical guidance and best practices
4. Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
5. Design and lead implementation of release management / DevOps processes
6. Design solutions in full compliance with non-functional requirements (e.g. security, data confidentiality, performance, integration)

Qualifications

1. 5+ years IT experience focused on Salesforce
2. 4+ years of Salesforce technical delivery and development
3. Holds multiple Salesforce certifications, with a minimum Application or System Architect levels
4. Experience with enterprise integration platforms like Mulesoft is an advantage
5. Consultant certifications in one or more Salesforce Cloud are a plus
6. Proven track record of design and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce projects, in the role of technical lead for 2+ years
7. Client facing experience, at enterprise/platform architects / CIO levels
