YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will audit and optimize CRM and related revenue systems, ensure data integrity, and document complex SaaS workflows to support operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of CRM experience, hands-on leadership of CRM implementations, and strong knowledge of Salesforce/HubSpot ecosystems, data reconciliation, and API integrations. Fluent English required.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, etc.).
• Proficient in SaaS environments with excellent English communication.
