Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator for a remote project focused on Revenue Systems (SaaS). You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data issues, and document optimal system changes to support policy governance and billing workflows.

The role requires 4–6 years in CRM platforms, experience leading CRM initiatives, and strong English communication. Expertise in SQL and APIs is preferred to ensure cross-system data integrity in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integrations).
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
