Jobbeschreibung

The position will support the Sales team in the day-to-day management of all aspects of client relationships. The primary focus of this role is to support the Client Relationship Managers in providing excellent services to our clients. It entails close cooperation with the Investment team and shall give the incumbent a good opportunity to be exposed to many aspects of an asset management company and to navigate between clients and investment specialists.

Main tasks shall be :

  • Maintaining up-to-date documents on investments;
  • Preparing presentations for client and prospect meetings and participating in the writing of investment sheets;
  • Compilation of articles and publication of the newsletter;
  • Managing file updates and preparing monthly statistical reports for clients, whilst ensuring validity of clients' accesses and issuance of appropriate invitations, agendas, notes, etc.;
  • Maintaining various lists and clients'/prospects'/pipeline data up-to-date;
  • Preparing sales meetings by providing updated documents, sending invitations when relevant, and writing minutes;
  • Writing marketing presentations and updates on current and new investments.

What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor or Master level or equivalent, preferably in finance or business administration;
  • IT savvy (Microsoft Office suite);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey investment concepts clearly and persuasively;
  • Detail-oriented and result-oriented (both are key in this role);
  • Collaborative approach: strong interpersonal skills, good team player, team coordination skills;
  • Pro-active and able to work independently with little guidance;
  • Fast learner with a sound interest in new investment trends and opportunities;
  • Knowledge of private markets is highly valued;
  • Understanding of industry regulations in different (European) countries and ability to comply;
  • French or English mother tongue or fluency in the other language is mandatory; knowledge of German or any other language is a plus.
