The role of Sales Specialist, AI & Operational Analytics is an overlay position that is responsible for selling OneStream’s AI Portfolio of solutions and will report to Sales Manager, AI & Operational Analytics Business Unit.

This critical role will help in the growth of OneStream’s new AI Portfolio of solutions into our customer base as well as new prospects as we strive to be the leader of AI / ML solutions in our technology category. Additionally, this role will expand our geographical footprint to further penetrate the market.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set the plan for assigned territory
  • Develop and adhere to business plans to achieve the vision
  • Forecast and track sales within assigned territory
  • Cultivate new Enterprise-level client accounts as well as maintain existing account relations to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct research into potential new clients to develop effective sales strategies in preparation for initial engagement
  • Facilitate a high-profile presence in the market place through the development of long-term client relationships / partnerships
  • Leverage existing base of industry contacts and clients as points-of-access to promote OneStream products and services
  • Develop compelling collateral to support business development activities
  • Develop comprehensive proposals in response to client RFQs
  • Be a product expert of OneStream’s Sensible AI Portfolio and keep up with industry knowledge / trends around AI and Machine Learning

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years' experience as a sales manager, sales representative or a related occupation specifically in B2B selling across the Enterprise
  • Experience explaining technically complex concepts in an easy

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bi-lingual English and French would be highly advantageous
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Extensive customer service experience in assessing and evaluating customer needs and satisfaction and meeting specified standards with respect to products and services
  • Knowledge of administration, business, and management principles
  • Capable of Building rapport with C-level executives and customers
  • Ability to understand and react to customer needs
