VF offers a 12-month Sales Operations Internship at the EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland. You will support the sales team with regular and ad-hoc analyses, forecasting, and reporting, gaining hands-on experience across the commercial engine of a global, brand-led business.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English communication, and an analytical mindset. A degree in Economics/Statistics/Management Engineering is preferred, with a hybrid work policy and brand-related perks.

• Start date: February 1st, 2027
• Duration: 12 months, full-time
• Gross monthly salary: 1’850 CHF

Eligibility requirements

• You must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of February 1st, 2027
• You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship

Responsibilities

• Support management and sales force with regular and ad‑hoc business analysis and reporting, including stock lists, reorders, preseason, cancellations, orderbook tracking and shipments analysis
• Provide support for sales forecasting, strategic planning, account planning and other sales management processes
• Provide support for sales campaign setup and execution
• Provide distribution analysis and maintain and improve customer classification information in the systems
• Coordinate reports with other departments, including Planning, Customer Service and Credit, supporting the creation of requested reports

Skills

• A proactive, self‑starting attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks in a dynamic setting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted analytics) is a plus
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Flawless attention to detail and the ability to stay on track
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to plan your own work, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Ideally a Degree in Economics/Statistics/Management Engineering

We cannot grant that the internship will lead you to a contract afterwards, but thanks to the value of the experience most of our interns are staying in the company after the internship period.
