Zusammenfassung

CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager / Customer Operations Manager for an 18-month contract in Basel, Switzerland. This on-site role will ensure high-quality service to 150 contracted partners across 80+ export countries and support commercial operations and product supply.

The successful candidate will compile and analyze price and condition data, maintain master data, train staff on PricePro and TPES, and prepare distribution agreements and export documents

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of multinational commercial or finance experience in pharma.
• 3+ years of export business experience in pharma, especially emerging markets.
• IT literacy on PricePro, TPES, SAP SD/FI and MS Office.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrix organizations and managing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Compile and analyse price and condition data to support export decisions.
• Maintain price and condition master data per NFCM requirements.
• Train employees on PricePro and TPES to ensure proper use.
• Prepare and review distribution agreements and other legal documents for customers/countries.
• Manage export documentation in collaboration with Pricing, Supply Chain, QA, Finance and Legal.
• Ensure offers, invoices and certificates are accurate and compliant before signatures.
• Provide pro-forma invoices and price certificates for licenses as required.
• Identify process improvements across Export Operations and support redesign initiatives.
