Basic Responsibilities:
  1. Manages and provides G&Os to End User Sales, Customer Service and Application Engineering/Support teams within areas of responsibility.
  2. Sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growth.
  3. Provides VOC input to Business Unit Leadership.
  4. Executes EMEAI strategic and sales plans within Area of Responsibility.
  5. Serves as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues.
  6. Manages disciplined selling processes to attain quota.
  7. Maintains a review cadence on funnel and Account Plans with sellers and business unit partners.
  8. Provides accurate bookings forecasts.
  9. Performance Management of the team.
  10. Performs annual review of account segmentation and account assignments.
  11. Reviews SAMP plans for strategic accounts.
  12. Leverages KPI’s provided by the CRM as a tool in coaching sellers.
  13. Maintains C-level relationships at key accounts.
  14. Coaches, trains, and develops a group of sellers to overdrive quota.
  15. Develops sales talent in the organization.
  16. Interviews and hires new sales talent as needed.
  17. Performs annual performance evaluations for sales team members.
  18. Utilizes Regal Rexnord talent review tools to assess team talent and potential.
  19. Facilitates regional meetings.
  20. Leads customer-related trainings and plant visits.
  21. Manages root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) process.
  22. Participates and leads in Trade Organizations.
Requirements:
  1. BS in Industrial Technologies/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Distribution or related field preferred.
  2. 8+ years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry preferred.
  3. 3+ years sales management experience preferred with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets and quotas.
  4. Ability to travel up to 40%.
  5. Deep Industry and Channel Knowledge.
