Director of Quantum Sales – Advanced Technology Solutions (DACH Region)

A global leader in next-generation computational solutions! - Amazing opportunity with a frontier technology company. Candidates must have pitched complex quantum solutions, translating technical capabilities into business value at C-Level in order to be considered for this role.

You'll be the trusted advisor who helps C-suite executives understand how quantum computing can solve their most complex challenges—from drug discovery and financial modeling to supply chain optimization and cryptography.

The Role:

As Director of Sales, you’ll lead multi-million CHF sales of our advanced tech solutions in the DACH region. Based in Switzerland, you’ll secure deals with banks, pharma firms, and research labs, build C-suite relationships, and shape our European strategy.

  • Build and leverage C-suite relationships to pitch complex quantum solutions, translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives, boards of directors, and senior technical leaders to identify quantum computing use cases that deliver competitive advantage
  • Design and present comprehensive quantum solutions that address real business challenges, demonstrating clear ROI and implementation roadmaps
  • Partner with clients to develop quantum readiness strategies, helping them prepare for the quantum advantage
  • Evangelize quantum technology through keynotes, industry events, and client workshops, positioning the company as a market leader.
  • Collaborate with global technical teams and strategic partners (e.g., cloud and OEM providers) to deliver tailored client solutions.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years in tech sales, with multi-million deal closures.
  • Demonstrated success in selling or architecting complex technical solutions (quantum, AI/ML, HPC, or similar frontier technologies) to C-suite executives
  • Track record of closing enterprise deals worth $1M+ in emerging technology sector
  • Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, algorithms, and current hardware limitations—with the ability to explain these concepts at any level of technical sophistication
  • Ability to simplify advanced tech for C-suite; relevant tech experience preferred.
  • Proven 40%+ revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Fluent in German and English; French a bonus.
  • Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field; tech certifications a plus.

Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
