Job summary

Kaptive is a Swiss SaaS platform for digital signage. This role drives the entire sales funnel from first contact to signed contracts, with support from the founders. You will prospect schools, museums and companies in German-speaking Switzerland, perform outreach by phone, email and in person, and join presentations with the founders.

The position offers fixed base pay plus a performance bonus, flexible hours, and a clear path to growth as Kaptive expands across Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Degree or studies in business, economics or engineering.
• Precise communication in German; French is a strong advantage for Romandie.
• Ambitious and results-driven: you work independently, follow up until meetings are booked.

Responsibilities

• Research schools, museums and companies that fit Kaptive.
• Find the right contact people and reach them by phone, email and in person.
• Clarify their needs and book meetings for the founders.
• Keep every contact up to date in our customer database and report on results.
• Join presentations and client meetings with the founders and follow deals through to signature.
