Zusammenfassung

Dufry is seeking a Sales Associate for our Zurich Airport shops to provide excellent customer service to international travelers. You will be service-oriented, welcoming, and support shoppers throughout their experience with strong communication skills.

Fluent English and German are required; French is a plus. The role includes cash handling, flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays), and maintaining a clean, well-presented store in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

In the role of Sales Associate, you are representing Toys at Zurich Airport. You are service-oriented and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to support our international customers throughout their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner.

Please note that we can only consider applicants who are either eligible to work in Switzerland or hold the relevant work permit.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

• Speak fluent English and German,French is advantageous but not mandatory
• Haveat least 2 year work experience in Customer Services, Hospitality and/ or Retail (preferred) and ideally even completed an apprenticeship in retail
• Haveprevious experience with cash registers
• Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 6:00 – 23:00) including weekend and public holidays
• Are reliable, positive teamplayers in a fast-paced and multi-national environment
• Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance
• Will be placedin eitherofour Core Duty Free Stores or Specialty Brand Stores
