Sun'catcher sucht eine/n Verkäufer/in im Premium-Retail an einem internationalen Flughafen. Sie beraten internationale Kund*innen professionell, präsentieren Premium-Sonnenbrillen und Accessoires führender Marken und identifizieren individuelle Wünsche.

Sie arbeiten flexibel in den Schichtzeiten von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr, pflegen den Verkaufsraum und arbeiten in einem internationalen, dynamischen Team mit umfassender Einarbeitung und attraktiven Vorteilen.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Fashion-/Premium-/Luxus-Einzelhandel ist vorteilhaft.
• Serviceorientierung und Freude am Kontakt mit internationalen Kund*innen.
• Interesse an Mode, Lifestyle und Premium-Marken.
• Gepflegtes Auftreten und sicheres Kommunizieren.
• Teamplayer mit Motivation, Flexibilität und proaktiver Haltung.
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You provide professional and personalized advice to our international customers.
• You present and sell premium sunglasses and accessories from leading international brands.
• You actively approach customers and identify their individual needs and preferences.

Creating an Outstanding Customer Experience

• You build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
• You ensure that every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
• You act as a brand ambassador for Sun'catcher and our premium eyewear portfolio.

Supporting Store Operations

• You maintain and present the sales floor according to store standards.
• You ensure an attractive presentation of our product assortment.
• You support merchandise management, stock counts, replenishment, and inventory organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in fashion retail, premium retail, luxury retail, optics, or high-end hospitality is an advantage.
• You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with international customers.
• You have an interest in fashion, lifestyle, and premium brands.
• You have a polished appearance and communicate confidently.
• You are a team player with motivation, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.

WORKING HOURS

Our store is open daily. Therefore, flexibility and willingness to work shifts during the following operating hours are required:

06:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Availability for early shifts starting at 06:00 a.m. is essential. Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the regular work schedule.
