Job summary

Two.jobs GmbH is seeking a Sales Assistant Key Account in Sins (60%). You will record, process and bill orders in SAP R/3, handle inquiries, and prepare offers for our major customers. You will coordinate deliveries, assist with price calculations and manage master data in SAP R/3 and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities include handling complaints and issuing credit notes, plus close collaboration with international sister companies. German and English language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial basic training or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and order processing is an advantage.
• Strong SAP R/3 knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Customer-focused, precise and responsible work style.

We are an independent subsidiary of 3A Composites Core Materials within the Schweiter Technologies Group and are engaged in the development and production of specialty foam materials, which are exported worldwide to forward-looking markets. With market-specific, innovative solutions and efficient customer service, we secure a leading position in attractive international markets.

We are looking for you temporarily until the end of Q1/2028 (attendance Wed-Fri) as Sales Assistant Key Account, 60%.

Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement

What are your tasks?

• Independent recording, processing, confirmation, and billing of customer orders in SAP R/3
• Independent handling of customer inquiries and preparation of offers for our key customers
• Clarification of delivery times and material availability as well as assistance with price calculations
• Responsibility for sales administration including handling customer complaints and issuing credit notes
• Maintenance of customer and sales master data in SAP R/3 as well as the customer database Salesforce (CRM)
• Coordination of order processing with international sister companies

What do you bring?

• Completed technical or commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage, ideally in customer service and order processing of an industrial company
• Good SAP R/3 knowledge as well as proficient user skills in MS Office
• Very good German and English language skills
• Customer- and goal-oriented, precise, and responsible working style with a strong problem-solving orientation
• High motivation, flexibility, and willingness to change as well as enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external customers
