Job summary

Two.jobs GmbH is seeking a Sales Assistant Key Account in Sins (60%). You will record, process and bill orders in SAP R/3, handle inquiries, and prepare offers for our major customers. You will coordinate deliveries, assist with price calculations and manage master data in SAP R/3 and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities include handling complaints and issuing credit notes, plus close collaboration with international sister companies. German and English language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial basic training or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and order processing is an advantage.
• Strong SAP R/3 knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Customer-focused, precise and responsible work style.

Responsibilities

• Record, process, confirm and bill customer orders in SAP R/3.
• Handle inquiries and prepare offers for key customers.
• Clarify delivery times and material availability; assist with price calculations.
• Sales administration including complaints and credit notes.
• Maintain customer and sales master data in SAP R/3 and Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate order processing with international sister companies.
