Jobup in Zurich invites applications for a Sales Assistant Artist Materials (100%) to join our vibrant team. You will advise customers on artist materials, books and frames, manage a department with ordering responsibilities, and ensure smooth customer service, stock and cash handling.

The role requires retail experience, ERP proficiency (Navision preferred), strong German and good English, and a customer‑oriented, team‑minded approach to daily tasks.

Formación

• Experience in retail, preferably in art supplies or stationery.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and standard office software.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Your tasks

• Advising our customers on the purchase of artist materials as well as books and picture frames
• Responsibility for a department including ordering
• Customer service
• Operating the cash register (touchscreen)
• Shelf maintenance
• Assisting with goods receipt and stocking

Your profile

• Training and/or solid professional experience in retail (preferably specialised paint trade / stationery)
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. Navision) as well as common Office programmes
• Good German and ideally English language skills
• Independence, clear communication and a strong customer orientation
• Team spirit and reliable working style – even under higher workloads
