Tasks
  1. Creating summaries, analyses, and internal reports;
  2. Maintaining records, updating, and archiving company documents;
  3. Creating, editing, and translating documentation in English and German;
  4. Supporting the team and company in the implementation of current tasks;
  5. Supporting related company themes;
  6. Sending emails and courier items;
  7. Updating and maintaining the internal database and website;
  8. Supporting Recruitment and Sales departments;
  9. Creating procedures, tools, and processes in the company;
  10. Developing and maintaining procedures and methods related to the protection of personal data.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant) in an international environment;
  2. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and German (native);
  3. Proficient understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint);
  4. Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to multi-task, shift direction, and prioritize effectively;
  5. Positive attitude and ability to establish and maintain relationships with managers/stakeholders;
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
