ITech Consult AG in Lucerne seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with strong SAFe expertise to manage one or more Agile Release Trains in the health insurance and claims domain, driving planning, delivery and continuous improvement across value streams.

You hold SAFe SPC and SAFe RTE certifications, have at least 3 years as an RTE within the last five years, and proven Swiss health insurance experience, especially in claims processes. German language at C1 is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• SAFe SPC certification required.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer within the last 5 years.
• At least 3 years in a senior role within a Swiss health insurance company in the last 6 years.
• Proven Claims experience within a Swiss health insurance company, including benefits processes, claims assessment, and claims processing.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate one or more Agile Release Trains according to SAFe.
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos, and ART Sync meetings.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery across value streams in the health insurance environment (benefits/claims).
• Coach and support Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams in Lean-Agile practices.
• Identify, manage, and elevate dependencies and risks between teams, trains, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with health insurance business departments and IT to implement strategic objectives.
• Develop agile metrics covering flow, delivery, and quality and report to management.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile transformation.
