Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a CMC Measurement & Insights Lead in Zurich with 40% remote work. The role owns the measurement framework, ROMI programme and governance, turning analytics into budget decisions. It requires rigour, finance credibility and stakeholder alignment to drive insight-led investment.

Lead with BI tools and AI-enabled processes to deliver measurable impact across Marketing, Sales and Finance, shaping the company’s data-driven future.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing measurement, performance management or ROMI.
• Strong expertise in attribution, marketing analytics and commercial activation.
• Ability to establish Finance credibility through validation and reconciliation.
• Strong senior-stakeholder management and cross-functional facilitation.
• Fluency with BI and modern data products, plus AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the unified measurement framework, including KPIs, funnels and definitions.
• Lead the ROMI programme from MVP scope to handover.
• Build and manage the ROMI cockpit using data products for executives and Finance.
• Lead measurement governance and align Marketing, Sales and Finance on shared definitions.
• Translate insights into budget recommendations and stronger adoption.
