Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a highly motivated leader to head the RoCOB platform within the 360 Labs Chapter of pRED. You will shape strategy, oversee culture, quality, and banking of cell lines and organoid assets, and drive collaborations across therapeutic areas.

The role requires a PhD with 10 years of hands-on experience in cell biology and biobanking, with a track record of scientific leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in life sciences with 10+ years in academia and/or pharma/biotech.
• Proven leadership of a biobanking-focused group is highly desired.
• Extensive knowledge of cell culture, expansion, and cryopreservation technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead RoCOB platform strategy and operations, including generation, QC, cryopreservation, and inventory management of cell lines and organoid assets.
• Mentor and develop a diverse scientific team, driving efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Build strategic partnerships across pRED and Roche R&D to standardise processes and accelerate discovery.
