Job summary

Enact in Zürich is seeking a role that connects the digital and physical worlds by teleoperating state-of-the-art robots and guiding demonstrations that train our AI. You will work with motion-capture systems to collect data and teach the AI what good looks like.

You will collaborate with AI researchers and robotics engineers, maintain hardware, and help improve data pipelines. This is an in-person role with visa sponsorship and relocation support, offering ownership from day one in a

• Must be able to pilot robots for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Attention to detail and systematic engineering approach.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Data Capture & Teleoperation: Demonstrate tasks via motion tracking equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Tag data and flag anomalies for AI teams.
• Hardware & Setup Maintenance: Assist with hardware upgrades and basic upkeep.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborate with AI researchers and robotics engineers.
