Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Robotics in Switzerland is seeking a Robotic Technician to join the manufacturing team, supporting the assembly, maintenance, testing, and repair of our next‑generation humanoid robots. This role suits someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges and wants to contribute to a team pushing the boundaries of modern robotics.

You will collaborate with R&D, work in a multicultural setting, and participate in a hybrid work model with flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

  • Hands-on experience with complex mechatronic systems or robotic assemblies.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 is a plus.

Aufgaben

  • Assemble complex mechatronic systems for humanoid robots and accessories.
  • Conduct quality tests from inbound to final QC and interpret results.
  • Assist R&D with assembly and testing troubleshooting.
  • Perform maintenance and repair on equipment and products.
  • Collaborate in a multicultural, interdisciplinary environment from prototype to serial production.
  • Work in a startup‑spirit, globally active company with iterative problem solving.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D division.

Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.

We are looking for a Robotic Technician to join our manufacturing team, to support the assembly, maintenance, testing, and repair of our next‑generation humanoid robots. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑tech environment, enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and wants to be part of a team pushing the boundaries of modern robotics.

Your Mission
  • Perfom the assembly of complex mechatronic systems - including mechanical, PCBA and cables parts - for humanoid robots and accessories.
  • Ensure the product quality by executing quality tests, from inbound quality control to final quality control and interpret the results
  • Support assembly and testing troubleshooting with the R&D team.
  • Perform maintenance & repair tasks on equipments as well as on products
  • Work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment developing a novel robot from prototype to serial production
  • Team-oriented, problem-solving and creative thinking to push boundaries of cutting‑edge technologies
  • Close collaboration with R&D division with startup spirit in a globally active company: we work in an iterative fashion to solve complex real‑world problems at the frontier of robotics
Your Skillset
  • Previous hands‑on experiences with complex mechatronic system or robotic assemblies is a plus
  • Previous experiences with ISO 9001 is a plus
