Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, seeks a Robotics Solutions Engineer - End-Effectors to own evaluation, selection, and standardization of end-effectors for AEON platform deployments. You will collaborate with customers, field teams, engineers, and external partners to translate application needs into scalable tooling.

The role focuses on defining requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting pilot deployments while driving platform-wide standardization and future roadmap

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in robotics or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in robotics, automation, or end-of-arm tooling roles.
• Strong understanding of robotic manipulation and industrial automation.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party hardware solutions.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-effector strategy across industrial robotics applications.
• Analyze workflows to identify suitable end-effector solutions.
• Evaluate and select end-effectors including grippers, suction, hooks, tool changers, and hands.
• Drive standardization to maximize use-case coverage while reducing variants.
• Define requirements and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
