Loki Robotics in Zürich, Switzerland is hiring a Production Manager to build the production operations, processes, and team that will allow us to scale rapidly. This is a hands-on role bridging R&D and production, turning evolving designs into robots we can build reliably and efficiently.

You will define processes, source parts, set up ERP, and jump in wherever needed. As we grow, you will hire and build the entire production, quality and procurement team, own production planning and day-to-day

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in hardware manufacturing with responsibility for production planning, assembly processes, and QA testing.
• Ability to bring structure to an environment with evolving designs and changing priorities.
• Experience setting up production/inventory software and managing supplier relationships.

Aufgaben

• Set up our production space, tools, and processes to enable faster building.
• Plan production and manage day-to-day operations.
• Own component and assembly quality across the line.
• Handle supply chain and build strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with R&D to make robots easier to manufacture and assemble.
• Set up stock management and inventory controls.
• Design and implement QA processes to ensure robots work reliably.
• Recruit, lead, and develop the production, quality, and procurement team.
