As a Robotic Welding Operator you will:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding systems for repair and manufacturing of aviation components.
• Perform welding tasks according to approved repair data, work instructions and technical drawings.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation quality, safety and documentation requirements.
• Set up and adjust fixtures, tools and programmes for different component types.
• Identify process deviations early, perform basic troubleshooting and elevate issues when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities (e.g., reducing re‑work and scrap, supporting lean and 5S initiatives).

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in welding, metalworking, mechanics or mechatronics.
• Experience with robotic or automated welding processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and compliance.
• Ideally experience in aviation, MRO or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with industrial robots is an advantage.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style with good teamwork and communication skills.
• English skills at B1 level required; German is a plus.
