• Weld complex engine components, including pre-and post-processing, using different welding methods
• Straighten and mechanically rework parts
• Support development of new welding processes
• Perform self-inspection and documentation
• Adhere to safety and quality requirements
• Maintain 5S discipline
• Contribute to continuous improvement
