SR Technics Group in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a Robotic Welding Operator to join a global leader in Engine MRO. You will operate robotic welding systems for aviation components, set up fixtures and programs, and ensure compliance with aviation quality and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in welding, metalworking, mechanics, or mechatronics.
• Experience with robotic or automated welding processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• English skills at B1 level; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor robotic welding systems for repair and manufacturing of aviation components.
• Perform welding tasks according to approved repair data, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation quality, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Set up and adjust fixtures, tools, and programs for different component types.
• Identify process deviations early, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities (reducing rework and scrap, supporting lean and 5S initiatives)
