Job summary

Cryptonow Group is seeking a Marketing Manager (Retail) to plan, execute and evaluate POS campaigns with our retail partners across Europe. You will ensure Crypto Gift Cards and retail products are visible, understood and actively sold in stores, while ensuring MiCAR-compliant crypto-asset marketing communications.

Reporting to the CMO, you will work with Sales, Compliance, Design and partner marketing teams to develop in-store campaigns, manage materials, budgets and performance metrics across

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in trade/retail marketing, ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, gift cards or payments.
• Proven experience running POS campaigns with large retail chains.
• Fluent English and German; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual POS campaign calendar per market and partner.
• Develop and execute in-store campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations with retailers.
• Coordinate briefing and approvals for POS materials with designers and agencies.
• Manage production, printing and logistics of POS materials across markets.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage the retail marketing budget and forecasting.
• Support new retail launches with launch toolkits.
