Cryptonow Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead European marketing across digital and offline channels. You will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, activation and retention for the Cryptonow platform and Crypto Gift Cards, ensuring MiCAR-compliant communications.

You will report to the CMO and collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, Design and external agencies, coordinating campaigns across multiple markets and channels to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally fintech, crypto, payments or consumer brands.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, online and offline.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and analytics tools.
• Track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results in acquisition or conversion.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several markets and deadlines in parallel.
• Experience in briefing and managing agencies and freelancers.
• Analytical mindset with KPI focus; experience with A/B testing.
• Interest in crypto/fintech; experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Fluent English and German; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across markets with clear acquisition targets.
• Manage marketing channels: social media, email, CRM, website, SEO, paid media, influencer partnerships.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns for efficient customer acquisition.
• Test and optimise landing pages, emails and offers to improve conversion.
• Develop CRM campaigns to increase retention.
• Create and steer content with designers and external agencies.
• Localise campaigns and content for European markets in line with country tone of voice.
• Support market launches with marketing plans and launch campaigns.
• Assist PR activities and media requests; coordinate partner communications.
• Track performance along the funnel; manage budgets and agencies.
