Job summary

Cryptonow Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across Europe from our Zug, Switzerland offices. You will plan, execute and optimise marketing across digital and offline channels with a strong emphasis on acquisition, activation and retention.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Product and Compliance to ensure MiCAR-compliant communications and working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver multi-market campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, payments or consumer brands.
• Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, online and offline.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and analytics tools.
• Track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results in acquisition or conversion.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several markets and deadlines in parallel.
• Experience in briefing and managing agencies and freelancers.
• Analytical mindset and confidence in working with KPIs; experience with A/B testing.
• Interest in crypto and fintech; experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent English and German; further European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across markets, with clear targets for acquisition and activation.
• Managing marketing channels such as social media, email and CRM, website and SEO, paid media and influencer collaborations.
• Running and optimising paid campaigns with a focus on efficient customer acquisition.
• Testing and improving landing pages, emails and offers to increase conversion.
• Developing CRM campaigns to increase retention.
• Creating and steering content with internal designers and external agencies.
• Coordinating the localisation of campaigns and content for European markets, in line with our tone of voice per country.
• Supporting market launches in new countries with marketing plans and launch campaigns.
• Supporting PR activities, such as press releases and partner communication.
• Tracking performance along the funnel.
• Managing campaign budgets, agencies and external service providers.
