Job summary

Cryptonow Group is seeking a Marketing Manager (Retail) to drive point-of-sale campaigns with European retail partners. You will ensure Crypto Gift Cards and retail products are visible, understood, and actively sold in stores, while meeting MiCAR marketing requirements.

You will report to the CMO and collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Design and partner marketing teams across Europe. This role is based in or near Zug to support our offices in Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in trade, shopper, or retail marketing.
• Experience with large retail chains (supermarkets, electronics, gift cards).
• Strong project management; multitask across markets and partners.
• Experience briefing agencies and producing print/POS materials.
• Analytical mindset with KPIs and campaign reporting.
• Interest in crypto/fintech; regulated industry is a plus.
• Fluent English and German; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual POS campaign calendar per market and partner.
• Develop and execute in-store campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations.
• Act as the main marketing contact for retailers’ trade marketing teams and approvals.
• Brief and steer creation of POS materials with designers and agencies.
• Coordinate production, printing and logistics of POS materials across markets.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with retailers and joint campaigns.
• Measure campaign performance (sell-out, activation, ROI).
• Manage retail marketing budget per market and partner, including forecasting.
• Support new retail launches with launch toolkits and best-practice playbooks.
