Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience in a similar role at a Swiss bank.
• Commercial or banking education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of German and/or English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle counter activities, including cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange and payments.
• Open new banking relationships in line with KYC and AML requirements.
• Present and offer retail products and services including accounts, cards, savings and pension solutions.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and administration.
• Take responsibility for an assigned client portfolio over time.
• Manage client relationships and identify needs and cross-selling opportunities.
• Comply with internal guidelines, control processes and regulatory requirements.
