Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury Project Manager to support supplier & raw materials responsible sourcing performance monitoring and continuous improvement across diamonds and coloured gemstones.
You will maintain the risk mapping, evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, and help define new quantitative indicators within a resilient Responsible Sourcing management system.
The mission of the Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury Project Manager is to support the expert in the suppliers & raw materials responsible sourcing performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
You will participate in the steady development of the diamonds and coloured gemstones risk mapping. You will also follow-up on the continuous evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors along the supply chain and formalize all due diligence related information.
In a fast evolving ESG regulations context, this role will also contribute to the definition of new quantitative indicators, building a resilient Responsible Sourcing management system.
The scope of the mission will encompass all Richemont Maisons sourcing and/or producing finished products with diamonds and coloured gemstones.
Maintain an accurate, reliable diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database and KPI’s
Maintain and continuously improve the supply chain database including all due diligence related information.
Prepare and follow-up on a regular basis the diamonds and coloured gemstones Responsible Sourcing key performance indicators - KPI’s
Participate in the definition of new Responsible Sourcing KPI’s
Engage in the different data digitalisation initiatives of the department
Ensure data security and confidentiality
In collaboration with the expert and the Maisons, prepare the audit campaigns
Follow-up with Maisons and ensure audit plan execution
Provide and formalize regular status update and escalat if needed
Support the Head of Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury in the preparation of the different Committees and internal and external working groups
Preparation of minute meetings
Contribute to the Group ESG reporting
Collaborate with the team responsible for emission factors related topics
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or Sustainability related discipline.
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Procurement or within the Sustainability area with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics
An experience in the field of the precious materials is a plus
Integrity, Discretion & Confidentiality
Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in French and English
Data oriented Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), Power Bi
SAP Knowledge is a plus
