• Experience with precious materials is a plus.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Maintain an accurate, reliable diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database and KPI’s
• Maintain and continuously improve the supply chain database including all due diligence related information.
• Prepare and follow‑up on a regular basis the diamonds and coloured gemstones Responsible Sourcing key performance indicators - KPI’s
• Participate in the definition of new Responsible Sourcing KPI’s
• Engage in the different data digitalisation initiatives of the department
• Ensure data security and confidentiality
• Coordinate supplier naturality and traceability audits and follow-ups
• In collaboration with the expert and the Maisons, prepare the audit campaigns
• Follow‑up with Maisons and ensure audit plan execution
• Provide and formalize regular status update and consolidate of audit data and meet the reporting site in a given time and comply with reporting GHG (Greenhouse Gas) data
• Participate in the animation of Group Diamonds & Coloured gemstones community
• Support the Head of Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury in the preparation of the different Committees and internal and external working groups
• Preparation of minute meetings
• Other transversal related tasks
• Contribute to the Group ESG reporting
• Collaborate with the team responsible for emission factors related topics

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or Sustainability related discipline.

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Procurement or within the Sustainability area with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics

An experience in the field of the precious materials is a plus

Knowledge & Skills Integrity, Discretion & Confidentiality Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in French and English Data oriented Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), Power Bi SAP Knowledge is a plus
