H&B Real Estate in Switzerland seeks a digitally savvy Head of Operation & Technology and IT (m/f) 80-100% to lead the internal IT and digitalisation team and drive AI-enabled projects across property management, marketing, and asset management.

You will manage budgets, plan system landscapes, and guide change management while shaping the future of the company’s digital tools. The role offers significant responsibility in a dynamic real estate environment.

For this, we are looking for a digitally savvy person who plans and implements concrete projects while simultaneously leading our internal digitalisation and IT team of 3 to 4 people.

Your tasks

• Leading the digitalisation and IT team with personnel and cost responsibility, actively contributing to the further development of the digital system landscape and the standardisation of processes
• Developing project budgets and overall IT and digitalisation budgets, ensuring optimal implementation and cost compliance
• Project management of technology-supported projects in the areas of property management, marketing, transaction, tenant representation, and asset management – from conception to successful implementation
• Active programming of AI use cases, strong affinity for developing prompts, capturing internal needs, and implementing AI solutions
• Planning and accompanying change management measures for the successful introduction of new systems and processes

Your profile

• Strong understanding of business processes as well as their digitalisation, automation, and continuous optimisation
• Affinity for artificial intelligence and modern digital working methods, as well as experience in the targeted use of AI tools to increase efficiency, optimise processes, and support daily work
• Excellent prompting skills and ability to use generative AI purposefully for research, analysis, structuring, text creation, problem solving, and developing solution approaches
• Professional experience in application, process, or project management, ideally in the real estate or service environment
• Communicative personality with strong analytical skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
