Position: Responsable Mécanismes Additionnels (H/F)

Mission

Reporting to our Watchmaking Division, you will organize and oversee the workshop activities while leading, supervising, and developing the team. Your expertise and precision will ensure the quality and reliability of horological complications according to Patek Philippe standards. You will be responsible for achieving expected results and enhancing the Employee Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities related to assembling additional modules, including the Annual Calendar, World Time, Double Time Zone, and Moon Phases.
• Organize and direct activities in line with planning to meet results within quality and time constraints.
• Support, motivate, and develop your team.
• Assist team members in managing individual and team performance, promoting necessary training and initiatives for optimal team performance, learning, and development.
• Participate in cross-divisional projects.

Profile

• Certified Watchmaker (CFC) or equivalent.
• Technical diploma in microtechnology with a focus on Watchmaking Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Expertise in horology.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team towards common goals.
• Good communication skills and listening ability to lead motivating sessions.
• Focus on production objectives (quantity and quality) with a customer service mindset.
• Production and field-oriented.
• Proactive, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Rigorous, adaptable, with analytical and synthesis skills.
