Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations (Logistics) Team at IKEA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfillment processes, managing orders, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer demands and exceed expectations. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Working with your team to ensure high goods availability and operational readiness.
2. Leading and motivating your team to achieve daily operational targets and performance goals.
3. Identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing diverse talents within your team.
4. Securing effective, qualitative, and efficient daily fulfillment operations.
5. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
6. Monitoring KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.

Who you are

1. Previous experience in logistics or a related field, with at least two years in a leadership or coordinator role.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
3. Good knowledge of retail and/or fulfillment operations processes, tools, and methods.
4. Knowledge of budgets, costs, and KPIs for business planning and management.
5. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing omnichannel environment.
6. Fluent in French (C1 level) and proficient in English, with effective communication skills.
