La Ville de Lausanne recherche un responsable financier pour EPURA SA, en charge de la gestion financière de projets d'envergure. Le candidat idéal aura un Master d'HEC, un excellent sens de la communication, et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion financière. Ce poste est basé à la STEP de Vidy avec un contrat à durée déterminée jusqu'en décembre 2029.

Qualifikationen

• Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de gestion financière.
• Spécialiste des coûts de construction/comptabilité.

Aufgaben

• Assurer le suivi financier de la société.
• Gérer le contrôle de gestion de la société et des projets.
• Proposer des stratégies de financement et sécuriser le financement.
• Aider la direction dans les décisions financières.
• Gérer des mandats spécifiques demandés par le directeur d'EPURA SA.

EPURA SA owns the wastewater treatment plant (STEP) of Vidy. The Water Service of Lausanne City manages the operation of its infrastructure and investment projects on behalf of EPURA SA. Currently, EPURA SA is leading three projects related to the renewal of wastewater treatment processes, sludge incineration, and the construction of an administrative building.

• Ensure financial monitoring of the company
• Manage management control of the company and projects
• Propose financing strategies and secure funding
• Assist management with financial decisions
• Handle specific mandates as requested by the Director of EPURA SA

Desired profile

• Master's degree from HEC or equivalent
• Federal diploma of accountant in finance and controlling, an asset
• Minimum 5 years in a financial management role
• Specialist in construction costs/accounting
• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigor and accuracy
