About the Role

As a Senior Technology Program Manager, you will lead complex cross-functional technology programs with global scope and high strategic impact. You will orchestrate initiatives spanning CRM, Retail, eCommerce, Wholesale, ERP, and omnichannel domains, ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning to production.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery partners, ensuring that programs deliver real value and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Program Orchestration & Delivery

• Lead the planning and execution of technology programs aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-domain initiatives involving Product Owners, Analysts, QA, Architects, and Release Managers.
• Define delivery scope, planning, resource forecast, and release schedules.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for Business Units and Maisons on assigned initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong, trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and implement communication plans jointly with business counterparts.
• Provide regular updates to PMO and executive sponsors regarding status, risks, and performance metrics.

Governance & Compliance

• Track budget adherence and align actuals with financial forecasts.
• Ensure delivery complies with internal quality, security, and regulatory standards.
• Apply Group Technology methodologies and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing (e.g., Communities of Practice).
• Identify opportunities to enhance program methodology and ways of working.
• Share best practices and mentor junior program managers when applicable.

Required Profile

Education & Experience

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in technology project or program management.
• Proven experience delivering integration programs in omnichannel environments.
• Hands-on background in CRM (Salesforce preferred), ERP (SAP), APIs, Cloud, and microservices.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Deep understanding of software architecture, QA processes, and development life cycles.
• Experience managing CRM, Retail, Customer Service, or eCommerce programs.
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager).

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and business teams, from developers to executives.

Languages & Mobility

• French, German, Italian, or Chinese are considered a strong asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
