Karl Meyer-Spinnler in Muttenz is seeking a Fleet Manager (m/f/d) to lead dispatch and driving personnel, optimise the fleet, and coordinate with sales for large projects. You will manage resources, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Aufgaben

• Professional and disciplinary management of dispatchers and all driving personnel.
• Strategic control, monitoring and optimisation of the entire fleet.
• Resource deployment planning and demand-oriented control of resources.
• Order acceptance and dispatch planning with sales, especially for large projects.
• ARV recording, control and administration.
• Organising employee training in CZV, safety, site behaviour and process organisation.
• Organisation and supervision of the in-house truck workshop for maintenance, inspection, repair and MFK (~40 vehicles).
• Planning and coordination of externally carried out repair tasks.
• Coordination of accident and repair damage.
• Interface between production, invoicing and sales.
• Collaboration on IT systems for ongoing optimisation of operational processes.

Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management of dispatchers and all driving personnel
• Strategic control, monitoring and optimisation of the entire fleet
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and demand-oriented control of resources to ensure operational business
• Order acceptance and dispatch planning together with sales, especially for large projects
• ARV recording, control and administration
• Organising employee training in the areas of CZV, occupational safety, behaviour on construction sites and process organisation
• Organisation and supervision of the in-house truck workshop with maintenance, inspection, repair and MFK for approx. 40 vehicles
• Planning and coordination of externally carried out repair tasks
• Coordination and regulation of accident and repair damage
• Operational implementation according to ARV, SUVA as well as ISO 9001 and 14001
• Collaboration on our IT systems for the ongoing optimisation of our operational processes
• Interface function between production, invoicing and sales

Requirements

• Successfully completed logistics, commercial or technical training
• Several years of professional experience in fleet management or a comparable leadership position
• Sound knowledge of traffic law, working time regulations, occupational safety and vehicle technology
• Strong leadership personality who understands how to motivate and develop the team
• Enjoyment of customer contact and skilled in presenting the services of our company
• Precise working method in the merchandise management system and willingness to familiarise oneself with a new system
• Assertiveness, organisational talent, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented working style
