Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences with 1–2 years genomics experience.
• Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows.
• Proficiency in nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, and NGS library prep.
• Experience with challenging clinical sample types (FFPE, primary tumor cells).

Aufgaben

• Develop, evaluate, and implement innovative NGS methods and protocols.
• Independently perform experiments, analyze data, and generate high-quality reports.
• Apply scientific rigor to ensure FAIR data.
• Collaborate with wet lab and bioinformatics teams to interpret sequencing datasets.
• Present protocols and results to internal stakeholders.
