You will develop and implement NGS methods, particularly single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial multimodal applications, and work closely with wet lab and bioinformatics teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field with 1–2 years industry genomics experience.
• Direct, demonstrable experience with advanced molecular technologies, particularly NGS workflows.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, and library preparation.

Aufgaben

• Develop, evaluate and implement innovative NGS methods for scRNA-seq and spatial multimodal applications.
• Independently perform experiments, analyze data, and generate high-quality reports.
• Apply scientific rigor to ensure FAIR-compliant data.
• Collaborate with wet lab and bioinformatics teams to interpret complex sequencing datasets.
• Present protocols and results to internal stakeholders.
