Zusammenfassung

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript- II based in Switzerland for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end software initiatives, building scalable backend systems with TypeScript and delivering AI-powered applications using LLMs and agentic workflows.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, apply modern engineering practices, and mentor peers while focusing on quality, reliability, and maintainability in a rapidly evolving AI-native development environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering complex production systems.
• Hands-on TypeScript production-grade development.
• Experience with AI- or LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with Mastra or similar LLM/agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building or integrating Chrome Extensions and browser-based apps.
• Strong design, testing, and Agile/XP practices.

Aufgaben

• Own complex software initiatives end to end from design to production readiness.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript.
• Design and deliver production-ready features balancing scope, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Build AI-powered applications and workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering culture.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design, development, and delivery.
• Develop browser-based experiences, including Chrome Extensions when needed.
