Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Basel is seeking a Remote Services Sales Junior Account Manager to sell a comprehensive service portfolio to smaller Life Sciences, Chemical Analysis and Industrial customers in Switzerland. You will develop customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and represent customer needs within Agilent for Service Sales.

The role offers a hybrid Basel office/home office arrangement, with travel as needed and language skills in German, French, and English emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience in Agilent's markets or in Enterprise Services.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and chemical analysis industries is an advantage.
• Willingness to structure days between Basel office and home office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German, French and English; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sell a comprehensive service portfolio, including enterprise-wide concepts for laboratory productivity.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in Switzerland.
• Represent Agilent to customers and customer needs within Agilent for Service Sales.
• Maintain installed base, monitor contract fulfillment, and identify sales opportunities.
